Dear Reader,
We are about to start a third season of pieces on this blog “About being here”.
If you’re still reading them, I guess it’s because you’re still enjoying them and I am certainly still enjoying writing them.
I shall be aiming to equal last year’s total of fourteen pieces while maintaining variety.

Hi Andy - All the Sherrells down under very much enjoy reading your essays - I have my RSS feed setup so I am notified when you have posted a new one. I particularly enjoyed your summer one and I was touched to read the one about Mme Jacobs and was very sorry to hear of her passing. Look forward to reading some more in 2010.
